2.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services are not permitted to register or use the jlber Platform. If you have previously self-excluded and managed to register, you are obligated to notify jlber immediately via the contact details in Section 16.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jlber Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jlber will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify jlber immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Non-Transferability. jlber accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access or use your account.
3.5 KYC Verification. jlber may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures, including submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal.
4.1 All financial transactions on the jlber Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit methods include, but are not limited to, GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified.
4.2 jlber does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources may be voided and returned, less any applicable transaction fees.
4.3 Deposited funds are credited to your account balance upon confirmation by the payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method. jlber is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.4 jlber reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification (Section 3.5) and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. jlber targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within ten (10) business hours; however, actual transfer times are subject to the policies of the receiving payment provider.
5.3 jlber reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where fraud is suspected.
5.4 Bonus credits, free spin winnings, and promotional balances are subject to the specific wagering requirements of the applicable promotion before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
6.1 jlber offers various bonuses and promotions including, without limitation, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rebates, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements are twenty times (20x) the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Real-money funds deposited in the same session are typically available for withdrawal without wagering requirements.
6.3 jlber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including, but not limited to, bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and account termination.
6.4 Bonus offers are personal and may not be transferred. Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
7.1 All slot games and non-live table games on the jlber Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by jlber or any third party.
7.2 Live dealer games are conducted using physical cards, dice, or wheels operated by human dealers in real time. Results are determined by the physical outcome of the live game and are not subject to RNG certification.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, a disputed game result, or an interrupted session, jlber reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. jlber's decision in such matters is final.

9.2 Upon termination for cause, jlber may forfeit all bonus balances and may withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
9.3 You may close your jlber account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
10.1 All content on the jlber Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, and user interface design — is the property of jlber or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jlber content without prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.2 jlber's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jlber does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (including GCash or PayMaya downtime), and force majeure events may affect Platform availability.
12.1 jlber collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 jlber may share player data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or for the purpose of investigating fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted first to jlber's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRC).
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
15.1 jlber reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.
